How can I make my calendar bigger and easier to read, especially when using my smartphone?

When you are looking at the schedule on a smartphone, you can click on “Maximize Schedule” (blue text, right above “color codes”) which will allow you to see a slightly larger view of the schedule. It gets rid of everything on the dashboard for that moment to make the schedule bigger, for ease of use.

For smartphone viewing, using a stylus may help you click the appropriate time slot when making an appointment. In addition, changing the settings on your phone to be able to view it in Landscape view (or auto-rotate) might help as well, because viewing the phone screen on its side will make the view somewhat wider/larger.

NOTE: Using the show/hide feature for schedules you want to see and don’t want to see will make viewing your schedules much easier!
