The Appointment Reminder plans we offer to medical providers are all fully HIPAA compliant. We will sign a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with out certifying this. See here for more detail on our HIPAA compliant appointment reminders.
You can send reminders up to two separate days. You can pick which days, from the day of the appointment out to 2 weeks in advance. You can pick what time to reminders go out. You can have multiple settings for this or use one consistent setting for all your appointments. We’re flexible!
Up the wazoo! You can record your own reminders or we can have professional voice actors and actresses record them for you, at no additional charge. You can also change all text in the SMS messages and emails.
We can get your client data into the system from any CSV file, Excel file, or export from your existing systems. We’re working on doing this for appointment data as well. Appointment Reminder doesn’t at present integrate directly with Google Calendar or Outlook, but we’re working on it — drop us a line if you’d like to hear when this is ready.
